Who you’ll be working with:
· Reporting to the Design Manager
· Collaborating with creative team members (e.g., Graphic Designers, Technical Editors and Production Managers)
· Interacting with other Brand Marketing team members (e.g., Marketing Managers)

What you’ll be doing:
· Design execution and production of monthly direct mail campaigns
· Preparing art files for final release to suppliers
· Collaborating, reviewing and implementing feedback from colleagues
· Maintaining and organizing the creative department’s assets
· Managing workflow of multiple projects and deadlines
· Quality control of all digital files, outputs and final proofs

What you need to have:
· Understanding of the printing process as it relates to well-designed communications
· Proven skills in design and preparing print-ready artwork
· Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 4 – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
· Fluency with digital file archiving and back-up server maintenance
· Experience working within brand guidelines
· Commitment to accuracy and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
