One of our clients softens the blow of a big spend with the security to make it all worthwhile. And they are seeking a highly creative individual with proven experience and a fanatical passion for design. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the visual impact and creative design of print and online marketing materials. This talent should have a strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and innovation in a wide range of design projects. Candidates for this position should be able to provide strong art direction, and be hands-on in the creation of comps, mockups, as well being able to manage the design projects from initial concept to final product and a thorough understanding of marketing concepts.

Ideal talent will have the following background:
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts (preferably in Fine Arts from an accredited school) desired.
• 10+ years of professional, corporate design experience in print, web-based and interactive media.
• Advanced knowledge of
o printing process
o design trends
o use of color
o people management
o project management

• Mac and PC platforms – Mac studio running Windows Parallels

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite CS4 (CS5 would be great)
o InDesign
o Illustrator
o PhotoShop
o Acrobat Professional

• Microsoft Office Suite
o Word
o PowerPoint
o Excel (basic knowledge)
o Outlook

Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Business Development and MarCom team to conceptualize and execute project and product designs.
• Introduce fresh graphic design to a wide variety of projects to support current products, new product launches and promotions.
• Develop and execute projects including printed collateral, point of purchase, comprehensive lead generation campaigns, business to business collateral, presentations, agent and dealer marketing materials, web pages and banner ads, monthly e-newsletters, tradeshow graphics, and other MarCom projects.
• Must be a self directed and highly motivated design professional.
• Assertive, proactive, and confident creative vision in a collaborative and open-minded manner.
• A thorough understanding of what constitutes best-in-class design and the ability to effectively communicate your ideas to MarCom, Business Development and Executive team.
• Key qualities include passion, a positive attitude, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, a strong work ethic and good sense of humor in a very fast paced environment.
• Be the eyes and ears of various brands as if your own reputation depended on it.
