Senior Designer

Our agency client is looking for a Senior Designer to join their creative team. Candidates must have a passion for web and application interface with creative experience in the digital realm. As a Senior Designer, you will put your obsession for detail and pixel perfect execution to the test while working with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and other members of the design team to help execute cutting edge interactive and digital designs for some of today’s top brands.

Responsibilities:
-Work across a wide range of mobile, web, campaign and social media projects. Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met
-Manage time appropriately to meet established deadlines
-Partner with other creative team members as appropriate
-Independently lead work to bring clarity and solutions
-Responsible for executing solid interactive designs that innovate, answer the brief and delight our clients.
-Find ways to make complex information and interaction as simple as possible
-Develop high quality visual assets, then refine these into complete, functional design systems
-Articulate and present thoughts, creative and innovative ideas
-Be able to sketch ideas and interactions along with conceptual work
-Develop visual hierarchies and effectively visualize key concepts of site structure and user pathways
-Package up assets for delivery when needed
-Works well as a team member of a large account, understanding how an interactive team operates and what is expected in critiques and team meetings.
-Research and preparation of presentation materials.
-Be proactive and contribute to office and team culture

Qualifications:
-Strong, diverse portfolio with examples of deep digital experiences is a MUST
-Experience creating rich, engaging interactive designs
-A basic understanding of motion design
-Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency environment with high demands
-CRM and interactive email experience an added bonus
-4-5 years professional experience demonstrating strong creative skills, the ability to generate compelling ideas, and a thorough understanding of design process
-High level of proficiency with current design tools and software applications
-Working knowledge of responsive design
-Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
