Are you a Sr. Graphic Designer with Art Direction experience who's looking for a great opportunity to work within a Fortune500 financial services Internal Ad-Agency???

Our Fortune500 financial services client is seeking a Senior Designer with extensive experience in print collateral, advertising and direct mail.

Qualified candidates will manage and execute creative design from initial concept to release to communicate the organization's marketing objectives. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with copywriters, account executives and production managers. Recent experience in financial services, is required. You must also have a strong sense of typography, concepting and the ability to communicate with senior-level clients are critical. For this role, top-tier creative and problem-solving skills are expected.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies and design communication materials in all media
• Review and approve jobs at all stages
• Coordinate creative strategy, production specs and budget
• Present creative concepts and sell direction to senior management
• Establish job specifications to conform to budget parameters
• Provide direction to and supervise junior art directors as needed
• Consistently communicate with other team members regarding project details, production specifications and status
• Partner with other disciplines (account, traffic, production) to provide comprehensive and inclusive project management
• Art direct internal and external photo shoots
• Maintain job folders and documentation

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 7 - 10 years of advertising/design work experience
• Proficient in CS5 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), MS Office, Filemaker
• Recent experience designing for financial services clients
• Strong strategic and out-of-the box thinker
• Understanding of printing process and pre-press proofing and specifications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Comfortable working in a collaborative manner in a matrix environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
