Senior Database and eCRM Specialist (Permanent)

Our client is on a lookout for a Database E-CRM Specialist, who has extensive experience in email marketing analysis, customer databases, E-CRM, and a proven track record of working in high-demand digital environment. They are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate for database analysis and marketing campaigns.

Client Background:
They are heavily investing in their digital team at the moment, moving away from them being just used by companies internally to a seamless customer experience for everyone. They are fast moving and digital alone has already increased their revenue by 30%. You will be performing customer-centered analysis, creating reports and initiating segmentation models to improve digital campaigns. You will be taking ownership of the customer database quality and initiating activities to
constantly improve it's performance. You will have to assess & stay up to date with the email & tooling landscape. It is a Senior strategic role, but you will be very hands-on customer analysis and marketing campaigns.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Master’s degree in the field of Quantitative Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or alike

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role in Database Marketing, delivering insights and (consulting) advise

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital, eCommerce or Business Intelligence environment

- Excellent skills to engage with business and leadership and provide strategic, tactical and operational insights based recommendations

- Passion for in-depth understanding of managing the customer life cycle and improving customer lifetime & customer satisfaction via database analysis

- Strong analytical capabilities; demonstrated ability to leverage analytics to drive business performance; knows how to calculate key performance indicators

- Hands on experience with a with a wide range of analytics, modeling, data, testing, visualization, reporting and optimization tools

- Knowledge of Excel, SQL and other analytics tools

- Understanding various business models such as waterfall, Agile & SCRUM

- Also, you are details-oriented, facts-driven, autonomous, analytical mind, strategic, team-player, and a good presenter.
