My client is a multinational technology company, that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software.

They are urgently looking for a Senior Customer and Partner Experience Lead/Senior CPE Lead to join their team, this is a maternity cover role for an initial 6 months duration.
As a Senior Customer and Partner Experience Lead/Senior CPE Lead, you will drive and support the end to end planning and execution of Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) related projects and programs across the UK business as it pertains to Sales Marketing Services Partners. They will drive specific programs such as Sell it right, Onboarding, Account Planning, Conditions of satisfaction and Red Carpet Excellent (Account manager change) and influence positive changes in the business that will directly improve the Customer and Partner experience, as well as lead to improved Net Satisfaction score.

Main responsibilities:
• Champion and lead the CPE priority across the UK Sales Marketing Services Partners by working with key stakeholders to identify and act on key areas of impact and opportunity, to drive a superior experience for our customers and partners in both Cloud Services and Devices.
• Drive Net Satisfaction score improvements in targeted areas of the business to improves customer experience and drive change management.
• Working across the organisation build cadence and insight around the Voice of the Customer (VoC) that supports and reflects UK feedback and priorities for both Services and Devices.
• Drive the Annual planning, Quarterly Business reviews as well as Mid-Year Review (MYR) process

The ideal candidate MUST have:
• Relevant experience within one or more of the following areas: marketing, sales, or business management.
• Proven track record of identifying and leading organisational change within a sales unit or across a subsidiary/Area.
• Proven cross-group collaboration skills.
