Senior Creative Producer

We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer, for our e-commerce footwear client to manage the .com creative projects from beginning to end. You will apply creativity and knowledge to balance and solve user, business, and technical content needs. They know every detail of any given project and serve as the ‘go-to’ for both internal and agency partners. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times. Their work covers all aspects of the global consumer experience including feature development, page design, marketing creative and on-site merchandising creative.

The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. Create copy, creative, photos, product placement or communication expertise to enhance the consumer experience Drive digital creative concept of imagery needs, decision support tools and other activities to support initiatives and roadmap Project lead web site design, implementation and/or creative initiatives in support of overall marketing strategy Support other team members by providing insights and expertise to help decision making.

Skills: 5 years relevant, content management, systems management exp, understanding of marketing assets and content.
Leadership: Ability to lead content creative meetings, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives.
Communication Skills: Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Site Experience teams to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations. Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction, organize information quickly and summarizing succinctly
Creativity: Own the brief - responsible for ensuring all creative deliverables are briefed with direction of the highest quality to support the best-possible experience
Organization: Identify how to deliver the best creative without jeopardizing schedule or budget. Use project management methodologies, including creation of relevant documentation. Rigorous in organization and management, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project
Quality: A relentless focus on meeting the needs of the user while also balancing business and brand goals. Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience
