Vitamin T's super hot digital agency client (CONFIDENTIAL) that specializes in out-of-home experience design is looking for rock star Creative Director to join their team to lead their office on the Peninsula. -Excellent ability to excite a room and give awesome pitches to high end clients
-5+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Design Director, or similar senior level strategy role
-5+ years of experience in the agency environment, ideally within a branding firm OR out-of-home/experience design firm
-Ability to work onsite in San Carlos, CA daily, with meeting in San Francisco or other locations (some travel required)
-Excellent skills in brainstorming creative direction with designers, artists, and developers
-Proven success in leading, mentoring, and coaching creative talent and staff to bring out the best in creatives and lead successful projects/teams
-Interfacing abilities to provide excellent client service to external clients. Ability to interface with project teams, creatives, sales, and other internal stakeholders.
-Minimum education: a college degree in design, advertising, theater or related

Preferred Qualifications:
-10+ years of creative industry experience. Ideal candidate will have motion graphics/film experience and CD experience leading digital projects, including graphic design projects, web site projects, display and demo projects, and stage set/room environment projects
-5+ years of experience providing brand activation strategies with high-end clients, ideally large tech brands in the B2C or B2B space
-5+ years of experience providing strategic client interaction, creative briefs, budget/timelines, client journey maps, documentation, proposals, and pitches.
-Ability to motivate and inspire
-Event and experience design industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED

Main Responsibilities:
-Manage the creative team and deliveravles
-Cultivate new business opportunities through excellent pitches and project delivery
-Event design, experience design, and tradeshow strategic programming
-Collaborate and lead initiatives cross-functionally with planning teams, sales teams, marketing, production, and other outsourced or third party partners
-Drive engagement through marketing activations, including experience design, tradeshows, production, lifestyle and event marketing
