Our client is a creative agency specialising in live events with a global reach.

They are looking to grow their existing team and are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to work alongside the Head of Design to create concepts and ideas from scratch.

They are a small-medium agency, used to coming up with strong creative ideas with limited information. They need a creative who is an all rounder, able to communicate ideas to clients and colleagues alike.

This is a fast paced role in a dynamic environment and you must be able to thrive in these conditions. The hope is that this person will be able to lead projects and idea generation in the future. Great potential to grow with a well established company with a good reputation.

The right person will be able to lead a team of designers and be able to create concepts and style execution for individual clients and projects.

You should have experience in digital, environmental and experiential to be successful in this post.

You should be able to offer constructive criticism to other team members, be confident in your ideas and ensure a high level of quality in all design work.

Create fully integrated, inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for your clients, relevant to the target market
To be enthusiastic, keen to learn about new innovations and investigate and develop creative trends
Responsible for the quality of execution and thinking.
Come up with the best creative solutions within budget.
Responsible for full cycle of ideas through from concept to final sign off.
Manage own projects and working within budget.
Communicate at all levels from clients to team members, content to creative, production to studio.
Create strong creative ideas in line with brand guidelines.
To encourage and inspire team members.
Delegate where needed and collaborate wherever possible.
Drive and improve standards of digital creativity.
