Lead Creative (Creative Director/Senior Designer hybrid)

Client
Our client is the recently established in-house agency for an international FMCG powerhouse. It’s a really exciting environment as you will be part of an emerging team with great importance. As the in-house agency you will be pitching to the numerous brands within the greater brand. It’s a great opportunity to start or continue an agency career with some of the most recognizable international brands in the world.

Role
As the Lead Creative you will have a hybrid role of being responsible for all things concept and being hands on with design when necessary. It is important that you have strong client facing skills as well as you need to win them over and on-board them for this new in-house agency. Strong design skills are very important for this role, especially being able to create key visualizers in Photoshop. Being able to come up with video concepts are integral and guiding video shoots should be well within your wheelhouse. As Lead Creative a long-term vision both for the agency and relationships is essential and you must be able to lead a team with enthusiasm and by example.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for concepting and designing high quality work
Guiding junior creatives
Comfortable in working closely with clients
Strong hands-on designing skills (a Photoshop pro)
Guiding photo and film sets
Working closely with the content and accounts teams
A commercial and advertising mind​

Qualifications
Solid years of agency experience
Design Qualifications
Adobe Suite Pro
