Senior Corporate Graphic Designer

We have an amazing opportunity for a Graphic Designer who is looking to contribute to the larger marketing, communications and business initiatives of a highly successful and well-established organisation. Our client is a global financial advisory business based in North Sydney. A wonderful success story of a Australian-owned family business that has quadrupled success over the past few decades. Graphic communication is an increasingly important element to this business's communications approach and this role will be responsible for supporting the communication of complex information simply and creatively. This role is also responsible for maintaining brand standards across all mediums.

Key Responsibilities
• develop online and print material that meets the needs of diverse stakeholders
• creating banners for company websites, landing pages and SEM
• creating landing pages within their CMS system
• creating and providing input into briefs with external partners including our graphic design agency
• create design concepts from briefs
• create, own and implement the visual identity guidelines
• copy updates to documents/flyers/invitations/product disclosure statements and ensuring the document flows correctly
• re-working PowerPoint presentations, creating graphs and tables and ensuring presentation is legible and in line with brand standards
• co-ordinating print production of marketing collateral and reviewing proofs
• managing and delivering design component of key business projects
• working within a team where creative input is highly valued
• maintaining and managing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• workflow management and prioritisation
• fulfill other ad-hoc duties as they arise.

Required Skills
• proficient in In-design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• excellent visual and layout skills
• high attention to detail
• creative thinker with advanced problem solving skills
• good communication and interpersonal skills in collaborative environment
• comprehensive computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Web, PDF), understanding of Mac and PC computer platforms
• professional and pro-active in your approach
• flexible working hours due to volume of work when preparing material for specific events
• have the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
• HTML experience desirable
