Working closely with, and reporting to, Head of Content and supporting Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Brand and Head of Corporate Communications, the Senior Content Marketing Executive will:

• Lead case story initiative by taking the case story audit conducted by the Head of Content and turning the recommendations into reality. This will require:
o Leading on the creation of all case stories – managing ‘depth interviews’ with very busy senior partners about their client work and bringing their stories to life in an engaging and personal way, and project managing them from draft through to completion
o Providing strategic thinking around how best to use our case stories and proactively making recommendations for their use across channels in our annual review, speeches by our corporate leadership team (CEO, Chairman, COO, Head of Marketing), brand advertising, brand case story microsite, media articles and submissions to the Management Consultancies Association Awards (MCA Awards)
o Fantastic story-telling, the curiosity and interviewing skills to get to the heart of our work together with the writing skills to bring the stories to life and content marketing knowledge to support infographics, animations and client video versions as required
o Working across the wider marketing team, raising awareness and educating the team on how to produce best practice case stories, the criteria they should meet, upholding existing processes where necessary – and improving where possible
o Supporting the Digital Team on the creation of our online case story hub, ensuring a consistent experience for all audiences
o Professionalising the client sign off process for all case stories and using a new cloud-based, automated form system to support this activity
o Maintaining case story pipeline and case story content directory and permissions library – ensuring links, permissions, quotes and content assets are updated as necessary

• Work with the Heads of Brand and Corporate Communications on the production of the 2015 annual review
• Write offline and online corporate content within a global professional services environment, eg corporate emails, blogs, internal News and provide secondary cover for the News editor
• Understand Company tone of voice established by our Make The Difference brand campaign and work with the Head of Brand and Head of Creative to evolve it as necessary
• Understand content guidelines and support the content team to evangelise them by training and coaching staff as necessary
• Demonstrate a working approach that optimises your strengths in creativity, logical thinking, collaboration, client relationship building, prompt delivery (very often to a tight deadline), multi-tasking (prioritise and deliver a varied and high-volume workload), and pragmatism (i.e. recognise the commercial imperatives behind their work)
• Work constructively with senior stakeholders and intuitively understand when to stand firm in the face of critical feedback and when to take such comments on board.

Qualifications and experience:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent - required
