This position is responsible for copy development related to CVS/pharmacy® and MinuteClinic® retail initiatives as assigned by Copy Manager. Deliverables could include: in-store signing, direct mail, collateral materials, brochures, digital, weekly ads, email, social media, in-store radio and other various marketing and advertising materials. This candidate will also be responsible for managing and tracking all of their own copy projects, while partnering closely with the Copy Manager and other members of the creative team. Candidate must have a solid background in Microsoft Office. Must have an understanding of typography and design. Must be well organized and able to communicate ideas with team members. Must be able to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment, and manage multiple projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include developing relationship and communications with internal and some external partners.
1.Plays an integral role in the development, writing and editing of a wide variety of new and innovative copy across multiple media forms including print, packaging, web and radio. 2. Works closely with internal creative leaders and team members to develop content ideas, create outlines and write copy for marketing communications programs. 3.Presents copy concepts, serving as copy expert in formal meetings with senior and management level team members, for copy review and approval.
