Our success has fostered growth—we’re currently seeking a Senior-level Strategist/Program Lead who has deep experience managing and executing across enterprise scale content migration projects.
Who you are:
You easily move from being highly tactical, sometimes making minor content corrections or updates and reviewing analytics, to highly strategic, leading design teams or facilitating sessions with executive staff to create content-centric solutions across multiple websites and taxonomies.
You have a working knowledge of creating frameworks and managing content repositories, working inside content management systems (especially Sitecore) and creating or overseeing the creation of all content strategy deliverables (such as content audits, gap analyses, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content migration plans, content taxonomies, etc.).
What you’ll do: Develop and consult on long- and short-term content migration strategies
Create content strategies and content gap analyses for large projects.
Create content inventories and/or matrices and migration/mapping documentation.
Create taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content.
Author content-driven business and technical requirements.
Perform content audits to ensure that content conforms to search engine optimization best practices.
Oversee content migrations and prepare supporting documentation.
What we look for: 5+ years of experience working in interactive design and/or digital agency environments.
A background showcasing multiple positions in a range of content-related areas. Possible titles you’ve held include content strategist, content taxonomist, program manager, content migration lead. In other words, you should have deep familiarity with how content and content management systems interact across multiple, global business units.
Ideally, you have experience working in both B2B and B2C environments. In particular, you’ve been involved in or led a global enterprise-scale website/content migration.
