Role
Our agency client is looking for a Senior Content & Community Planner to work on their client's social media strategy and planning, splitting your time between both agency and client. Together with a team of passionate digital communication specialists you will constantly set and raise the bar for their client's social performance.

Working as the Sr. Content & Community planner you will support your global colleagues, priority markets and regional hubs on a strategic and tactical level. Every day brings another challenge since you work with a broad range of stakeholders; from local brand managers, agency partners, platform partners and other business units and departments like Corporate Communications and Design.

You will be the Top 30 market and regional hub lead and your priority will be to help strengthen the social presence of the client's brand worldwide. The global Content & Community team acts as the link between local teams, regional hubs and the global team. The global team provides support and guidance on a strategic level and offers tactical and operational support to the regional hub teams, equipping them to operate as self-sufficient hubs that can implement our centralized strategy on a local level and offer operational support to the markets within their region.

• Progress the agency's client's Global Social Performance and generate actionable insights
• Ensure and increase global consistency in content quality
• Prevent damage to the brand’s reputation and manage and resolve issues in a timely and adequate manner
• Support 30 Key Priority markets and Regional Hubs with strategic and tactical consultancy
• Leverage collaborative agency knowledge and expertise to progress the client's digital capabilities
• Leverage your client expertise, trends and best practices to further advance our agencies client services and competitive edge

Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Digital Marketing with a focus in Social media, including oversight of global campaigns and community management.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, best practices and how they can be deployed in different scenarios, and social listening measurement tools and trends.
• Proven track record of leveraging social to successfully drive organizational objectives and increase brand awareness and user engagement.
• Experience with social media content development, enforcing content governance and crisis communications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, managing several projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
• Strong strategic capabilities and a passion for the creative industry.
