Senior Communications Advisor

The Senior Communications Advisor is a critical team member who will be responsible for the coordination and development of all offline Marketing Communications (e.g. Print, TV, Out of Home etc). This person will work closely with the global production and creative teams to provide feedback and briefing guidance for all communications. Additionally, this person will communicate needs for products/partners/solutions pre-cycle and then drive the execution of the plan in- cycle. This role will also include the leadership and execution of experiential initiatives working with agency partners and cross-functional teams throughout the year.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

> Delivering briefs that are clear on the for all offline communications
> Providing thorough and timely feedback to global creative team on the various cycles of creative approval
> Taking responsibility for all Canada communications asset lists
> Working on our Media Planner and Marketing Communications vehicle leads
> Coordinating with the media planner, the merchandising team and vehicle leads for ongoing development and coordination of promotional/messaging roadmaps
> Planning and strategizing on vehicle and creative improvements across communications vehicles
> Delivering briefs to partner marketing team
> Working with merchandising team to adjust Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for in-quarter financial objectives
> Conducting and coordinating campaign analyses and presenting conclusions to the broader team
> Leading partner activation and execution of GTM plan
> Leading consumer experiential initiatives
