Senior Change Manager

Seeking Change Managers interested in roles that focus on both Project Management, as well as Change Management, and interested in utilizing the latest Cloud technology.  Change Managers will be responsible for developing change management strategies as required, incorporating change management approach, stakeholder management, communication, training and readiness assessments. 

  • Create and implement training strategies 
  • Create and implement communication plan(s) 
  • Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the communication plan(s) 
  • Prepare ad hoc communication materials as required 
  • Prepare and perform project readiness assessments regarding the organizations ability to absorb change and to measure the level of engagement and preparedness 
  • Sourcing content and creating a monthly update to deliver to sites regarding different projects taking place, creating surveys and gathering feedback for various projects, managing support emails (to send communications on behalf of a project team and to monitor for emails to cascade to the appropriate resource to answer questions), and other miscellaneous change management activities as requests come in from members of the team. 

Project Management Activities: 

  • The role is required to support and drive key project management activities for all projects and activities under the teams direction. 
  • Project management activities include creating a deck for and running a teamwide biweekly status meeting, emphasizing project progress, major updates, and tracking timelines, along with drafting a dashboard highlighting key activities to be shared with Senior Leadership. 
  • The project management support resource also helps set up new project plans, grants access to new users, onboards new resources, and makes updates to the team SharePoint sites. 

Required Skills: 

  • Experience: 10+ years of Change Management/Project Management 
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc. 
  • Previous experience working on Public and Private Cloud infrastructure 
  • SharePoint  experience
  • Experience in identifying and documenting current manual processes, and best practices to automate manual processes 
  • Stakeholder Engagement experience –Stakeholder analysis, communication, and documentation experience

Preferred Skills: 

  • Previous Energy/Oil & Gas Experience a PLUS
