Senior CRM Manager (Maternity Cover)

My client is a global technology organisation and platform owner seeking a Senior CRM Manager – for 6-12months FTC maternity cover. The role forms part of a CRM team (5 people) that aims to: build profitable relationships with consumers through targeted, integrated and engaging experiences in direct channels. In this role the primary focus will be on our email channel and our multi-million customer database.

Key Accountabilities of Role
• To work in the CRM team as an ‘Senior Engagement Manager’ managing our members
• Maximising the customer communications channels, in particular database-driven email communications, to build long term relationships with our members.
• Manage the products EMEA CRM engagement channel:
• Develop and execute personalised, database driven segmented email campaigns to drive product upgrade
• Increase and drive engagement among our user database
• Support development and execution of campaigns for game and product launches (pre, launch, sustain) as necessary
• Work closely with other team members, Global counterparts, Product Marketing, Business Planning and Subsidiaries (26 markets) to implement email campaigns as part of EMEA-wide marketing campaigns across all product owned channels
• Provide key stakeholders and Subsidiaries campaign performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Implement specific EMEA local retail promotions via the CRM channel
• Tightly manage the agency account team and ensure effective working relationships that maximises the agency deliverables.
• Develop annual Engagement Plans, both strategy and budget. Responsible for tightly maintaining annual Engagement budget
• Ensure on time delivery of all campaigns, programmes and projects by managing your own deliverables, those of key stakeholders and the
• Own campaign metrics and report against targets and benchmarks, with a focus on business objectives and revenue


Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong experience in CRM Agency or Client Side in a CRM
• Agency liaison experience
• Working in a European or global marketing role
• Communicating with senior management
• Ability to influence
• Strong communication, cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and within budget

Technical /Functional Skills
• eCRM and Direct Marketing campaign experience
• Solid understanding of email marketing
• Knowledge of Exact Target or similar is desirable
• Omniture experience is preferable
• Experience in developing email and campaign performance reports

Qualifications
• B.A. degree required, graduate degree or relevant work history.
• IDM Qualifications a bonus.
• Additional Language(s) an asset.
