Senior Business Process Analyst

Position Overview:

Looking for an experienced process improvement leader with a focus on driving cost and complexity reduction and enhancing customer experience. Focus will be on streamlining and redesigning marketing processes, improving access to information, and eliminating process waste to meet changing business. Design/document workflow for Marketing, Analyze marketing and associated sales processes to formulate and develop new and modified processes and technology needs. Drive implementation of cross-functional business process improvements and technology rollout to achieve business goals. This position requires an individual with a strong background in process improvement and ability to deliver significant business results.


Build strong relationships to enhance collaboration across teams and functions
Work with internal and external customers to understand business requirements and needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes.
Map and assess existing marketing processes and interdependencies with key functions (redundancy, efficiency, productivity, data and waste)
Evaluate & identify opportunities for business process optimization utilizing business case and lean methodologies
Drive the development of new /enhanced processes, metrics and associated business requirements including technology needs, tools and operating mechanisms
Develop plans to seamlessly integrate new process with existing business processes.
Assess impact of new technologies and cross functional changes to existing process and assist with the rollout of new technologies (i.e. marketing & sales tools)
Develop modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements
Analyze, recommend, and develop Company standards for quality measurements; develop KPIs and implement supporting quality metrics
Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and existing business processes.
Define requirements and business cases for the technology developments to support process improvements.
Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change
Develop training materials for new process implementation
Project manage implementation of new processes
Utilize process improvement principles and tools to achieve significant improvement result
Measure/monitor processes and maintain ongoing process operating mechanisms and standard operating procedures to instill/sustain changes
Report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to key stakeholders


8 or more years of demonstrable working experience facilitating business process re-engineering or lean methodology
Minimum of five years experience with marketing and sales processes and associated functional best practices
Knowledgeable of latest marketing technologies and trends to apply to productivity/process improvement design
Experienced with process mapping, including as is and to be scenarios
Knowledge of process mapping software, project management tools preferred.
Agile/SCRUM experience
Microsoft Office Suite:
Expert level in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proficient at SharePoint and Project
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field, preferred.
Requires strong analytical, oral communication, technical writing abilities, as well as flexibility and proficiency with computer hardware and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal& collaboration skills for team building, group facilitation and dealing with conflict
Project management
Business analysis, developing business requirements, test cases
Demonstrated understanding of quality and/or auditing principles, lean/six sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques;
Demonstrated leaderships skill
