The Role – SENIOR BRAND MANAGER

Specifically, you will be leading our UK Brand team which is in the UK Food Marketing team within UK Marketing.

This role will best suit an individual who thrives and smiles under pressure, is well organised, pragmatic, can manage issues, decisions and stakeholders and most importantly, puts our customers first. You will act as the customer guardian for our branded portfolio in the UK. You will need to be able to navigate through a matrix organization where collaboration and partnership with our Group Marketing colleagues is critical. You will be responsible for leading the UK Brand Management Team to develop multi-year product roadmaps and identifying opportunity areas for existing and future brands.

External experiential agencies

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Reporting to the Food Marketing Director

Driving own brand sales participation
Understanding the customer and ensure the brand propositions continue to be relevant and resonate with customers
Researching trends and changes within the markets that our product brands compete in and work with development managers to develop the brands reflect these trends and changing customer needs
Develop and manage the brand / portfolio strategy for product brands in Food within the UK
Leading Marketing Plan process including prioritization of resources against Portfolio Strategy & Broader Food Marketing Plan
Safeguarding brand health across the portfolio and stakeholder management including best in class brand performance analysis
Developing Brand Management team including Processes and Tools
