Senior Brand Manager

To develop high quality brands that delight customers and create a point of difference for our large retail client. They need a passionate ambitious Senior brand manager to develop and implement brand plans for our client’s own label brands using customer insight and performance tracking to drive the planning and marketing of these brands across the UK and central Europe. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent communication and presentation of these brands and work collaboratively with the design team to ensure compelling packaging for these brands.


Aspects of the role include

• Identifying new brand opportunities
• Working to ensure clear understanding of the company’s pillar brands across general merchandise
• Managing writing the brand strategy for product brands in GM within the UK
• Developing brand look and feel with agencies that will be executed across packaging and marketing communication
• Briefing brand packaging requirements
• Understanding the customer and ensure the brand propositions are resonating with customers
• Researching trends and changes within the markets that our product brands compete in
• Educating and up-skilling buyers on the brand strategy
• Briefing marketing teams to ensure they understand what the brands are about and what they deliver and managing compliance of this execution
• Analysing brand performance
• Working with teams on quality metrics and ensuring our products meet the brand requirements
