Art Director will work on the Local collaborative team. This is an omni-channel team, [roducing assets for local markets to support openings in new markets.
-Digital, social, print, outdoor (skybanners, billboards, vehicle wraps), and anything else can be in play for a given campaign - whatever makes sense for the market. Want to get video and animation into all possible channels at some point.
-The evolution of the role hasn’t served the organization well to date. Moving forward, want Local team members to partner with subject matter experts in specific channels across the brand organization to raise the quality of the creative produced.
-Want Art Director with a design background. Able to come up with mood board or asset library to share with subject matter experts for Local team efforts. Partner with them to produce the assets.
-In addition to Local team efforts, leverage the Art Director in the way that best utilizes the individual talent's personal skill set.
-5 to 7+ years experience as art director in agency or internal marketing role.
-Experience developing campaigns and executions across a range of digital and traditional advertising channels.
-Strategic, conceptual, creative thinker. Able to think at a campaign level as well as for individual executions.
-Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
