We are looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to lead customer centric big data analytics within the company's game console product environment enabling CRM and product planning activities.
The role of the Senior Analytics Consultant is to lead an analytics programme of work; liaising directly with key business stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements; perform detailed quantitative analysis and to drive the deployment and benefits realisation of any output.
Working within a small, but rapidly growing team, we are looking for an individual who has a strong technical background who has experience of understanding customer value modelling, content preference and sales channel analysis to support CRM activity.
Based in our London offices the team provides insight and analytical services for various global internal business units associated with this game product including support for teams in the US and Asia.

Job Description Essential Duties:
• Leading small teams in the delivery of insight and analytics work streams
• Responsible for delivering quantitative analysis within all aspects for the analytics lifecycle within a specific analytics work-stream (following CRISP-DM methodology)
• Gathering and definition of analytical requirements from the company's businesses
• Define and build reusable data analysis structures within the technical environment; enabling self-service analytical capability for key technical stakeholders
• Technical execution of quantitative analysis; including data preparation, modelling and evaluation
• Prepare and present analysis results including formal presentations and training
• To work in close collaboration with other technical and non-technical teams to facilitate data preparation and reporting integration
• Identifying metadata issues, developing data quality measurements and working driving through changes to improve overall data quality
• Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the team

Skills Required:
• Strong motivator and leader of talented technical analysts with track record of delivering actionable work packages on budget
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• A good understanding of business requirements gathering and business / systems analysis.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; including the ability to present detailed analyses to a broad audience range
• Ability to work collaboratively with other business units in order to achieve common objectives
• Organised self-starter, with drive and commitment; able to work with little supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships
• Data preparation including strong SQL skills
• Bachelor’s Degree [ maths or statistics based ]

Desirable:
• Experience of modelling and analysis of data within digital products environment
• Experience of supporting customer loyalty programmes within financial services organisation including subscription services
• Ability to utilise various tools to enable the visualisation of complex data forms
• Knowledge of standard analytical process models including CRISP-DM
