Senior Analyst, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Sr. CRM This is an exciting opportunity to work as a member of the Marketing Team. The Senior Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Analyst will create and execute customer direct marketing programs and contribute to growth through work with customer segmentation, targeting and selection. He or she will provide analysis and marketing insights in an effort to optimize customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.

Develop and execute direct marketing campaign strategy, testing and measurement design.
Analyze and report on the performance of direct marketing campaigns, including presenting key findings and strategies that can be used to develop future marketing initiatives.
Provide summaries of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales performance statistics to identify key areas of opportunity, ensuring that concise and accurate information is available for informed management decisions making purposes.
Create, execute and report on multiple trigger campaigns each month.
Manage private label credit card program by working with our financial services provider to manage the budget and develop marketing programs to support the card.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors (printers, outside data providers) to ensure accurate and timely processing of promotional campaign files and data hygiene processing.
Ensure data integrity of all direct mail pieces, including proofing data audits against mail files and scanning bar codes for functionality and accuracy.
Provide professional and effective services to internal customers to meet customer expectations.
Complete miscellaneous ad-hoc analysis and projects as requested.

Requirements:

Four year college degree is required, business or marketing degree is preferred.
5+ years' experience in analytic positions including multi-channel database marketing, campaign analysis, profitability analysis, and customer behavior analysis in a consumer focused direct marketing environment.
Experience in online/digital marketing a plus
Advanced computer skills including all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
SQL query-writing ability a plus
Hands-on experience with campaign management and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Unica, Alterian, OLAP.
Retail industry experience is a strong plus.
