Senior Account Manager (Dutch)
Our client, an award-winning branding, packaging and identity agency with both Dutch and international clients is looking for a Senior Account Manager for their internationally renowned beer client. It is an exciting role due to the exposure and beloved nature of both the agency and the brand.
This role supports the Account Director in their tasks, keeps their dedicated team of creatives on track and is strong in their client facing capabilities. When you are at the client you represent the creatives and when you are at the creatives you represent the client, an essential cog thus.
It requires clear and open communication internally as well as externally, collaboration, and strong organization and project management skills. Exploring of fresh ideas and inspiring to others.
This role is ideal for an experienced account manager with at least 4 years of experience in working on projects for large brands, preferably in design and branding agency.
Understands their role in the team structure – including assigned hours and personal deadlines.
Works efficiently and effectively.
Alerts Account Director and relevant team members when tasks are complete or awaiting approval.
Proactively participates within project teams to ensure quality, profitability and client satisfaction.
Prepares for internal and external meetings.
Maintains and organises files and project materials.
Organises necessary resources, materials, venues, etc.
Efficiently backs up in an organised manner on the server

Required knowledge and experience:
College or University work and conceptual level, preferably in communication and/or marketing § At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Experience working as part of a project team, preferably solely responsible for steering projects § Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, specifically powerpoint
