Senior Account Manager

Our client is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual who has a fundamental knowledge for marketing and will come on board as a hybrid Senior Account / Project Manager to support their team. A great fit will be someone who is eager to learn and excited to be working in a creative and close-knit team environment.

Description:
-Servicing a handful of clients and providing support as needed to ship projects on­time, in­full resulting in something you’re proud of
-Helping develop other Account Managers by leading a good example and providing support and guidance
-Drafting statements of work for new projects, building out schedules, outlining resource estimates and ensuring projects are staying on track (budget and timing)
-Rolling up your sleeves and being fully invested in managing a project from start to finish
-Production related tasks such as building killer decks, keeping our client’s informed with status updates, capturing meeting notes, reporting and mastering the art of planning
-Liaising between internal cross functional teams, vendors, and clients
-Leveraging our project management software to monitor the financial performance of projects (scheduling, tasks, fiscal)
-Collaborating with designers, technologists, and creative thinkers to execute marketing and advertising programs for clients.
-Projects will range from Brand Development, Social Media campaigns, Website Redesigns, Promotional Campaigns, Events, Influencer campaigns and several other marketing tactics designed to create amazing experiences for people.
-This role will sit above the Account Managers and report directly to the Account Directors

The skills you’ll need to succeed:
-Highly organized ­­ everyone claims to be organized, but we’re talking about someone who doesn’t lose the needle in the haystack and treats all tasks like important pieces of the puzzle
-The ability to be nimble – think quick on your feet
-Be charismatic with a penchant for sales
-Excellent and adaptable communications skills (verbal and written)
-Keen focus on the “why” for any action, from articulating insights for creative briefs, to the rationale for holding a meeting, or writing an email. “Why” is critical to our success as a team.
-A “whatever it takes” attitude that is equally activated by your client’s and/or team’s needs.
-A confident, flexible, problem-solving spirit that fuels your willingness to take initiative in our fast paced environment.
-Quick thinking that easily adapts to our changing gray scale world.
-A great memory and astute attention to detail.
-Experience with the marketing and brand planning process (Web, Search, Social, Mobile, OOH, PR).
-Staying current with trends, we want humans not robots who can speak intelligently about the world we live in
-Respect for your teammates and empathy for our clients

-Who is uncomfortable with change
-Is above administrative tasks
-Wants a finite job description and a consistent workday.

-Has <5 years of applicable work experience
