Must be professional, client based and have outstanding abilities to build, maintain and expand this account.

Acting as the liaison between the client and creative/technical teams... Digital, Creative, Automotive and Client Management skills are preferred.

Job Description


Based at home and on site at the new Mercedes-Benz USA office in Atlanta, GA, the successful candidate

should be located within commutable distance to metro Atlanta. This a remote position which is part of the

North American account team based in our Saddle River, NJ office. Occasional travel for internal

meetings, client visits and industry conferences is required.


The role of Senior Account Manager is a varied and challenging one. This position will primarily support

the Mercedes-Benz, smart and Sprinter client relationships. The successful candidate will work under the

guidance of our US Account Director, and will operate independently at the client location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Proactively identifying and maximizing opportunities to up-sell additional services to clients

 Managing software development projects, from brief taking to project delivery

 Ownership of reporting & analysis activity on our systems, out to OEM, regional and dealer


 Working with other Account Managers elsewhere in the world, to refine and maximize the

effectiveness in the role

Desired Requirements:

 A flair and passion for digital, automotive or client management - and ideally all 3!

 7+ years digital marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry and/or at the

retail (dealer/store group) level

 Working knowledge of websites, web analytics, SEO and lead generation

 Strong client service and/or marketing background

 Ability to manage multiple projects with varied levels of complexity and completion schedules,

communicating both internally & externally to manage expectations, budgets and deadlines

 Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture

 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

 Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

 Impeccable professionalism
