Senior Account Manager

It requires a balance of strategic thinking, great project management, and a very strong client partner mindset. Duties include:
- Serves as account manager over a large account ensuring excellence in execution of the work, and overall client satisfaction of deliverables
- Works with internal strategists, creatives and other cross-functional teams to develop best in class social strategies and activation programs
- Project manages work from brainstorms to execution, and supervises assigned team members
- Builds strong relationships with clients and represents MXM Social day-to-day with social media / stakeholder clients
- Identifies opportunities for growing scope of work and corresponding revenue
- Stays abreast of trends in social, bringing new opportunities to the team and acts as a thought leader for clients
- Partners with Engagement Manager and engagement team to oversee multiple show social properties and create social activation programs
- Develop contracts, and works with Group Account Director to manage account profitability

Desired Skills and Experience

- 4-6 years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years dedicated to social, managing client accounts, teams and creating impactful social strategies
- Deep understanding of leading social platforms, engagement and measurement tactics
- Direct client management experience and ability to form relationships with senior level client contacts
- Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate strategy and ideas to your clients
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Entertainment and/or TV network experience strongly preferred
