Senior Account Manager

What we’re looking for – either an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with between 3 – 6 years experience within a full service creative agency. You must be able to take ownership over the project management of print and digital campaigns, running the projects from end to end. This agency does not have a Traffic Manager and you will be responsible for trafficking all your projects.

This role sits with a full service agency undertaking projects from strategic communications planning through to execution. They have a hand in most mediums including TV and radio, print and press, digital, brand design and more. Currently operating with between 8-10 staff in total working across a range of clients including fresh foods, fast foods & retail brands.

The agency has a very flat structure, they all sit in together in the office large room and everyone’s opinion is valued and considered. They do work fast and hard, but it is a fun and relaxed environment, and importantly they aim to have a good work/life balance.

Experience in areas that require detail (catalogues/large press accounts), good budget management, managing work through studio and a fair understanding of print production would be ideal. Any digital and TV experience would be a bonus.

This role would see you working directly with the Director of the business across all of the facets and most of the clients in the agency. You will have a client facing role that will give you exposure to TV & radio, sales promotions, catalogues and digital (website builds , banner advertising, eDMs) as well as the general administration requirements of estimating, budget management etc.

Given that this is a small agency, it is important that you are willing to roll your sleeves up and have crack at everything. They all get involved in the big creative opportunities right down to the product data entry on websites, so you can’t afford to be precious!

This team is detail focused, hard working, open to learning new skills, but importantly they all have a sense of humour and know how to have fun.
