Senior Account Manager

Global, consumer marketing agency seeking a creative thinker, to take the reins of a national retail brand. Strategic focus.

ASAP start date.

Reporting into the Group Account Director, your role will play an integral part of growing a newly acquired national retail account.

You’re an enthusiastic individual that is keen to learn more about how the events, digital and wider retail environments can work to support sales promotions/events and marketing.

Key responsibilities;

Strategic planning and execution
Key client contact from a day-to-day perspective
Liaising with senior client decision makers
Working alongside external partners (media buying/planning, advertising and PR) to develop strategic marketing campaigns
Travel nationally when required, to present pre and post campaign analysis reports for external stakeholders
Develop strategic directions and solutions for client briefs
Creative concept management and presentation
Develop and strengthen existing client relationships
Organic business development

Ideal skills include;

Solid implementation skills
Proficient in managing medium to large sized projects
Good understanding of sales promotion mechanics
Must work best to deliver against certain client objectives
Solid online (entry) skills cross social media and micro-sites
Depth of knowledge across managing budgets, terms and conditions and applying for permits
Strong eye for detail.

The successful Senior Account Manager will hold the spark and drive to develop highly creative campaigns for your client. You are tertiary qualified across marketing/events disciplines and hold at least 4-5 years industry experience.
