Senior Account Manager -Fulltime

We are working closely with a Healthcare Technology firm that is looking to grow their accounts team. If selected, you will join a team of about 20 accounts people who value a strong company culture and great work-life balance. Say goodbye to long hours!

* Must have 5 plus years of project management and/or account management experience desired or other related experience
* Must have 1 plus years of experience working with pharma/ medical/ healthcare clients

-The applicant should be an organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment, strong account leadership and customer relationship management expertise, detailed and clear communication skills, with a particular focus on efficient project and timeline execution.

-Member of a broader account team supporting program development and execution across a range of clients

-Managing overall project implementations across all external and internal development teams including timeline management using an electronic task management system -- At Task
Creating and managing the project scope and timeline

-Able to implement processes and procedures

-Communicates client needs and expectations clearly across development teams

-Meeting consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables

-Supporting Med Legal calls to ensure projects are approved by the client

-Able to partner with and mentor the Associate Account Manager on Tier I accounts

- Digital experience required
