Senior Account Manager - Digital

Do you want to work with one of the most awarded digital agencies in Sydney? Are you a solid Digital SAM looking for the opportunity to move into a JAD role?
As the Senior Account Manager you will be the primary client contact for specific clients. You will work with these clients to determine business needs and objectives. You will report into the Group Account Director and work closely with Executive Producer, Producers and Creative's to ensure effective client communications and compliance on client deliverables.
You are responsible for fostering and strengthening specific client relationships as well as serving as a strategic lead to the client on best practices in Digital Marketing.
As Senior Account Manager, you will oversee multiple client projects, leading and guide the development of overall client objectives and the ongoing strategic direction of the account and be responsible for client satisfaction to achieve revenue growth of the account. Additionally you should provide valuable insights and analysis around campaign performance.
In collaboration with the GAD and the wider Management Team you will assist in shaping business development through existing and new clients.
You must have proven experience in digital and delivering business growth, a thorough knowledge of digital user-centred design and build processes along with excellent written, spoken and presentational skills. You will be highly proactive, have the ability to think quickly and strategically, and know how to communicate digital strategy at a senior level. Experience with Financial Service clients is advantageous.
