Senior Account Executive

Our client, a leading financial services institution, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to work with their Channels Team. This is a great opportunity in a highly visible position at a premier company.

The Account Executive will work closely with the VP of Retail Marketing and the Channels Team (digital groups) to
ensure flawless execution of customer and prospect communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute against marketing initiatives to support Channels Strategy, specifically online,
ATMs, call center, and mobile.

Support the development and implementation of cross-organizational marketing programs.

Partner with channels/product/segment to understand customer needs and get input to develop

Coordination and execution of online ads – internal and external.

Drive for consistency in brand and look and feel.

Proactively coordinate across wide team of business partners and drive action to ensure
successful program execution.


Think strategically — understand customer needs, internal client goals and prior learnings to
inform direction and ongoing decision making.

Good business judgment — understand and focus efforts on key business priorities, think
holistically, leverage business partners and focus on return on investment.

Marketing communications experience — develop communication strategies, work with creative
partners and see programs through final execution.

Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly; strong writing skills required.

Experience collaborating across teams and building key partnerships.

High attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and jump in where needed.

College Degree required and at least 5+ years of experience. Preference for experience with online projects within financial services.
