Senior Account Executive

Our client, a creative agency specializing in branding, marketing and design is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team.. The design services they provide range greatly depending upon the client need but may involve digital media such as video,Internet, multi-media, and DVD development or print initiatives such as packaging, collateral, and event graphics. Their client list includes a mix of entertainment, government, scholastic, medical, and consumer products.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for
establishing the marketing strategy for the clients in your assigned
portfolio, as well as the day-to-day execution of marketing tactics.
Serving as a liaison between various clients and the agency, you
will engage in daily communication and organization of work-flow
through the agency’s departments. Responsibilities will include
meeting with clients, supervising media strategy, directing creative
execution and copywriting, managing print and interactive projects,
supervising production of audio and video deliverables, conducting
market research and competitive analysis. In addition, the Senior
Account Executive will be responsible for tracking client’s sales
results, identifying and pursuing additional project opportunities, and
handling all corresponding project budgets.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Be an integral part of the team: Work would primarily be with the
design team to present functional designs; identify risks and benefits
of alternate designs, calculate costs/benefits of potential design and
implementation directions to establish their viability/ROI.

Know your clients well enough, and have the confidence,
to identify potential gaps or pain points and suggest solutions. Be
cognizant of areas that are strategic “up sells” for the agency and
able to speak eloquently and knowledgably about the agency's offerings.

Exceed expectations: From beating timing and budgets for client
projects to ensuring that designers have exactly what they need to
get things done. They need someone who can take and give direction,
pull detailed and productive feedback from clients, and help them deliver
excellent work.

Get things done: Specific duties may include basic administrative
duties, presentation of creative, client and meeting management,
facilitation of and participation for communication strategy, project
planning and implementation.

Multi-task: The ability to handle a wide variety of responsibilities
across multiple client relationships and a wide range of interactive
projects;

Self-start, organize and deliver with confidence.

5+ years of account management in an Advertising, Marketing, or
Design agency environment.

And of course you must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook.
