Senior Account Director

We are looking for a superstar of Account Management with a rare combination of business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to managing projects.

Your clients see you as a dynamic and trusted agency lead. Agency colleagues know you’re a rock solid champion of effective and intelligent creative work. You have experience managing large accounts, retainers, client stakeholders and team members, with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns that deliver real business results for your clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the creation, sale and delivery of category defining creative work to our clients
• Maximising client satisfaction and expanding and cementing our relationship
• Delivering agreed revenue on allocated clients
• Optimising profitability and efficiency in delivering projects
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience
At least six years experience in advertising and 3+ years experience as an Account Director.
Strong intellectual ability to deconstruct complex business problems, and engineer strategies to address them.
Strong project management skills having run projects, big and small, and have solid experience in the Financial Services / Insurance sector, or similar.
Strong integrated experience including TV, Direct and Digital campaigns.
Experience in both big and small agencies, as This agency needs people who are naturally entrepreneurial and have a proactive approach to both their jobs and this agency’s smooth running.

You must be a great team player; there are no politics or egos on this team. Our client is looking for people who enjoy pitching in to get the job done.
