We're looking for great project manager candidates for this new 3 1/2 month contract for our leading e-commerce client in San Jose. Candidates must be able to be on-site. If you are interested, please reply ASAP as I can only submit 3 more candidates for the role.

The Seller Protection Marketing Project Manager must have the ability to organize and balance the detailed execution of multiple integrated marketing initiatives. He or she must be ambitious, creative, collaborative and stellar at executing flawlessly on project benchmarks, timelines and deadlines. We need a self-starting, project managing person that can thrive in a fast paced, team environment.

Reporting to the Seller Protection Marketing managers, you will work very closely with our creative agency, internal teams, and occasionally sellers to drive Seller Protection awareness.

Description:
• Manage the details related to various marketing projects to drive seller protection awareness including email, web site, collateral, events, social media, meet ups, videos and webinars.
• Manage the design, approval, production and shipment of all marketing materials for each initiative.
• Help us with miscellaneous logistical details for both offline and online marketing initiatives as needed.
• Work with our Marketing Analytics members in tracking key marketing metrics related to our marketing programs to produce reports for various stakeholders.
• Plans meetings by coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Marketing degree a plus.
• Creative and innovative
• Previous marketing experience at a dot com or consumer-facing brand a plus.
• Excellent organization and impeccable project management skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate and thrive on helping others.
• Must be able to handle multiple project milestones, tight deadlines and communicate effectively with proper stakeholders in order to achieve expected results.
• Must possess superior written and oral communication skills.
• Team player – work successfully with fellow marketing teammates, and cross functionally with other teams including business unit counterparts, product managers, creative teams, public relations, social etc.
