An outstanding opportunity currently exists for a Search Marketing Specialist within an extremely fast paced and energetic business characterised by an innovative, growth orientated culture. This exceptional role with a well-known brand requires an experienced, enthusiastic and analytical search marketing specialist who thrives when it comes to SEM campaigns.
The Position
A key hire for the business, the role is focused on achieving desired lead volumes through the optimisation of SEM and key areas of responsibility will also include:

• Developing, implementing and managing long term and tactical SEM campaigns in Google Adwords and Bing Ads

• Take ownership of automated bid management and monthly & weekly performance reporting;

• Implement tag and tracking to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting

• Manage external agencies to achieve desired outcomes and optimise landing pages to drive higher engagement from search traffic

• Engage and work with relevant internal stakeholders (including Product, Legal, Commercial, Data insights and BDC, SEO and Content Specialist, Digital & Offline Marketing) in the business to achieve desired lead volumes at given ROI KPIs through search acquisition channels.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all levels in the business via regular updates, WIP meetings and ongoing email correspondence.

• Brief and manage external stakeholders as required to achieve desired outcome.

• Contribute to the business in achieving key revenue targets

• Grow number of lead acquisition through budget constraints through effective SEM optimisations and bid management all verticals.

• Contribute to the business in achieving key targets of revenue.

• Develop, implement and manage long term and tactical PPC campaigns in both Google Adwords and Bing Ads.

• Implement tag and tracking to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting and customer data.

• Assist in reporting and search competitor analysis to provide insights in competitor activity and trends across business verticals.

• Take ownership of current automated bid management and monthly performance reporting across all business verticals

Skill requirements

The role needs a driven, self-motivated and results-focused individual:

• Experienced in executing effective search campaigns

• Highly experienced in influencing a range of internal and external stakeholders comes as second nature.

• Strong ability to draw insight from data (ROI, PPC etc) and implement appropriate strategies to increase conversion will set you apart.

• Some HTML coding experience/understanding would be beneficial although is not essential

• Some understanding of SEO and Display/Remarketing disciplines would also be beneficial but not essential
