Our client is a leader in the energy and technology field and they’ve asked for our help identifying a CONTRACT Search Marketing Manager for a 3 month contract. This is NOT a Search Engine Optimization role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Search Marketing Manager to help drive digital marketing and business transformation for the company’s global brands. The Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth through a variety of digital platforms with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROI. In this role you’ll work with the Group Director of Digital Marketing to help define and drive digital media strategy while executing and optimizing digital programs. This is a hands-on position where you will also be responsible for managing all aspects of our search marketing accounts - keyword build-outs, ad copy, remarketing, display marketing, bid management and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and loyalty via paid search and other paid media
· Manage planning and execution of SEM programs, including keyword research, competitive benchmarking, landing page coordination, campaign development, ongoing performance analysis and optimization, testing, reporting, and budget tracking
· Manage and execute prospecting and retargeting campaigns through bid management tool
· Partner with product teams and other eCommerce functions to develop and optimize creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy.
· Identify new and emerging online advertising technology and capabilities to improve program performance
· Expert level in MS office program: MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word (working experience of pivot tables, v-look-up is a MUST)
· Experience in third party automated bid management tools a plus (Adwords Editor, Marin Software, etc.)

REQUIRED: B2B PPC, SEM, B2C, Search Engine Marketing, Paid Search or Google Adwords. Search Engine Optimization experience is NOT necessary.
