The Search Engine Marketer will be responsible for:
• Supporting Digital Marketing Manager in working with internal Account Services and Business Development teams to produce new SEM campaigns
• Overseeing social media strategy/initiatives for the Agency
• Staying current with new technologies and keeping the Agency at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Knowledge of website/landing page testing (e.g, A/B tests, multivariate testing, and heatmapping)
• Developing, implementing and managing SEM campaigns using Google AdWords & Content Network, LinkedIn, Yahoo/Bing, and Facebook
• Optimizing and developing strategies for keyword campaigns to increase effectiveness; maintains keyword campaigns within specified budgets
• Identifying numerical trends within SEM accounts
• Creating and implementing new SEM & SEO strategies
• Tracks, reports, and analyzes website analytics, initiatives and campaigns
• Optimizes copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Performs ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Researches and implements search engine optimization recommendations
• Develops, researches, and implements content marketing initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of SEM/SEO experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Raven Tools, Visual Website Optimizer)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM/SEO
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit – hard-working, self-motivated and confident
• Balanced strategic/tactical thinker
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and creatively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills, and superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
