Search Engine Marketing Specialist | Project Manager

The Search Engine Marketing Specialist will manage the daily operations of our client's SEM program. The ideal candidate will possess strong production coordination skills including maintaining production schedules, tracking deliverables, problem solving, and escalating issues.

The Search Engine Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing Communications team and will facilitate the execution of the Search Engine Marketing programs for a variety of clients and audiences. The Specialist will assist in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program management and optimization processes, manage calendars and schedules, work with various internal groups to manage the program, and ensure all tasks are scheduled and completed on time.

-Manages the coordination of SEM programs on behalf of the digital channel management team
-Works with an agency partner to execute the Client’s SEM programs
-Coordinates with various internal constituents to facilitate scheduling and delivery of key campaign elements (brief, terms, ads, budget, etc.)
-Collaborates with internal teams and agency partners to ensure all deliverables are tracked and on schedule
-Creates ad hoc reports to drill down into program effectiveness
-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong inter-personal skills; strong presentation skills
-Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment and across broad, diverse groups
-Demonstrates strong production coordination skills including maintaining production schedules, tracking deliverables, problem solving, and escalating issues as appropriate
-Demonstrates strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines
-Demonstrates sound judgment when resolving matters of moderate complexity; demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
-Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
-Requires at least 5 years of experience in Digital/SEM work
-A Bachelor’s degree is desired but not required
