Salesforce Project Manager

This one of a kind opportunity involves project management, scoping, writing business requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning for future operational, compliance, process, and finance-related initiatives, primarily relating to the Salesforce system. This role will serve customer-facing business partners in an Agile working environment. Reporting to the overall technical Program Manager, and with a dotted line reporting relationship into Product team, this role will be critical in the ongoing evolution of the company's CRM systems, financial reporting, and control structures / processes.

Responsibilities:
• Define project scopes, objectives, requirements, and priorities for the company's Salesforce implementation to support financial controls.
• Own the Salesforce project plan, schedule, budget, manage resources (local and / or remote), issues and associated risks.
• Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.
• Manage dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions, and help set expectations to ensure client satisfaction with delivery to schedule and budget.
• Provide global and cross-functional leadership to local and / or remote project teams, building a collaborative and productive environment for teams to excel in. Work extensively with local and / or remote Salesforce developers and the local Salesforce administrator.
• As required, assist the overall technical Program Manager in other project management duties related to non-Salesforce initiatives for finance as related to prioritizing, documenting, and managing the company's finance, analytics, and control project roadmaps.
• As required, assist the overall technical Program Manager in other project management duties related to non-Salesforce initiatives for non-financial business partners.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated project management experience in an Agile working environment.
• Experience scoping and writing business requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce technical architecture, controls, and processes is an asset.
• Experience with financial reporting and control frameworks and compliance including SOX.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership and judgment.
