Here is the exciting part! Our innovative and inspiring Fortune 500 financial service client is looking for a contract/freelance Salesforce.com Program Management to join their team as a contractor. This role is onsite in NYC, 5 days/40 hours a week for 4 months (possible extension).

In this role, you will serve as the face of their Salesforce.com team to the US leadership and will oversee the 1 junior level person. This role includes a blend of CRM strategy and consulting, CRM product and project management, team leadership and partner collaboration.

The Global Corporate Payments Group is the leading global provider of their Corporate Card. The key to their success has been contributed to their effective sales and account development organization – selling to new clients and helping grow business with existing clients. Salesforce.com is the engine that will drive enhanced productivity in their field/sales teams and they are continuing to build and deliver a single, global salesforce.com platform - command-center if you will, - for everything their field teams need to do, see and act-on.

What you’ll do:
• Serve as US Market Liaison for product management team of world-class engineers and Salesforce.com experts.
• Drive an exciting and new strategic partnership forward with an external, Salesforce.com consultancy who will help the team accelerate capability delivery and scale.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce.com while organizing and managing project work among the team to drive predictable delivery.
• Work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to break down barriers and deliver new capabilities with speed and agility.
• Ensure that industry best practices are used in designing global processes and application configuration to meet business needs.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Qualifications:
• You will need to provide/share a verifiable track record in Salesforce.com project management, requirements and implementations in addition to evidence of Salesforce.com administrative certification or comparable experience
• Have strong strategic thought leadership, a digital background, ability to distill complex concepts into straight forward business driving approaches
• Be a “change agent” who is not afraid to challenge the status quo yet is able to build relationships and influence broadly across the organization and engage and inspire a team
