Sales and Marketing Junior Analyst

Our client, financially stable, well established and reputable in the automotive captive finance industry is looking for a detail-oriented, data analyst with exceptional communication skills. The Sales and Marketing Junior Analyst role plays an important role in gathering data, analyzing information, and developing strategies in support of client's sales and growth within the dealership network.

Responsibilities:
Query data from various internal databases and external sources:
WebIntelligence, Sales Intelligence, etc.
Generate sales metrics and reports using data from internal sources
Develop presentations using PowerPoint to showcase data analysis
Capture growth rates from competitors
Run reports on how growth strategies and marketing strategies are trending
Exposure to internal customers and external customers via written and verbal communications
Work in collaboration with Dealers, Parent Organization, Risk and Incentives Teams, and external vendor partners.
Create and upload communications to internal Dealership Portal
Create and send emails related to Dealership programs
Lead and facilitate weekly and monthly conference calls with Senior Executives

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Detail Orientation
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication skills
MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio (preferred)
Intermediate Project Management
Exceptional level of accuracy and accountability for deliverables
Strong presence for meetings and presentations
