Sales Training Instructional Designer

For this assignmment, Aquent's client is looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop leader-led content to evolve the learning experiences.

You’ll create rich and engaging experiences across classroom, virtual classroom, and in-store environments that transform millions of salespeople around the globe into skilled advocates for the client brand. And you’ll get to work with passionate colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your creativity and problem-solving skills can shine.

Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design
• 2+ years of experience facilitating training or train-the-trainer sessions
• Enthusiasm for hands-on instructional design and content development
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Familiarity with the latest training industry trends
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Ability to facilitate collaborative and cross-functional decision-making
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of client products and software
• Strong desire for feedback
• High attention to detail

Description

• Design and develop exceptional course materials for a variety of leader-led delivery environments, including classrooms, virtual classrooms, and in-store
• Innovate new learning experiences that engage and excite our sales partners
• Become an expert on client products, audiences, and sales strategies, and apply that knowledge to your training solutions
• Apply client standards to develop content with a conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the client brand
• Collaborate with people around the world—sales leaders, business stakeholders, regional training teams, editors, and the production team—to produce relevant, outstanding training
• Work faster, smarter, and better to create your life’s best work

Education
A degree in instructional design or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
