Sales Support Analyst

Our Client, a leading social media network and platform owner is recruiting for a sales analyst to support the Global Operations division and sales team on various operational tasks.
The role is a temporary assignment for 10 months in central London offices. The offices are fantastic and as a temp you will be entitled to free lunches and snacks and enhanced holiday allowance.

Main responsibilities:

- Analyse and consolidate data from various sources (CRM, Internal Systems) via Excel
- Maintain up to date information in internal pricing and billing tools
- Support the "rhythm of business" through regular report creation, highlighting of discrepancies and issues
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide useful reports to the sales team
- Identify manual data tasks conducted by the sales team and drive efficiencies through centralization and/or automation of these tasks
- Suggest improvements to the sales process

Skills:

'- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with CRM systems (especially SalesForce) preferred
- Comfortable with the use and handling of large data sets
- Proven work experience as a Sales operations analyst a plus
- Process oriented with strong attention to detail; commitment to thorough and accurate output
- Team working - ability to contribute to the team and to improve effectiveness through personal commitment
- Adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility in a fast changing environment
- Experience working with international teams a plus
- Background in a SAAS, technology or digital organisation a plus
- Working knowledge of SQL a plus

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
