Sales Support & Product Specialist

Our client is looking for a Sales Support & Product Specialist to help support their Product team for the launch of new retail service offering in 2017. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing innovative products that meet and exceed the needs of customers in this entry-level role.

The role requires you to be proactive in supporting the needs of the client's sales partners ensuring they are provided all the necessary resources and timely resolution to specific questions.

  • Create and manage the sales support mailbox for the many daily questions about the launch of the new service that would facilitate quick and consistent responses to sales, implementation and sales support staff

  • Create and maintain resources for frequently asked questions and other documentation necessary for sales - referencing for answers to incoming questions, and identifying new areas that need to be researched and documented

  • Work with product manager to manage documentation, ensuring it meets needs of key partners

  • Support the process of clients who are interested in the new service moving through the sales process by coordinating internally and reliably following up with clear and effective communications to the clients, as needed

  • Bring strong project management ability, to prioritize requests, seek approvals and facilitate the client intake process, managing requests by routing within the team and following up with clients

  • Support the project team and product manager with migrating clients from their current system to the new product offering

  • Support product manager in developing marketing materials, partnering with the marketing communications team, as requested

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and information to Sales leadership and finance as required
