Sales, Ops, Solutions Analyst

Global technology company has an immediate need for a Sales, Ops, Solutions Analyst for a 6-month contract working in onsite in San Diego near the Rancho Bernardo area.

Responsibilities:
• Microsoft Dynamics case triage, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist the Solution Experts with boxing and sending out hardware and parts to the field
• Support with reset instruction writing, gathering screen shots and testing
• Help manage the overall Solutions parts inventory
• Analytical reporting from multiple sources
• Possible Local Travel 10%

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn company systems and tools, troubleshoot and own/manage complicated systems. Must be extremely proficient in MS SharePoint, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
• Strong background in technology componentry. Understanding Retail display creation and development is desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of Retail and/or Operations experience required. Consumer Electronics Field Experience a plus.
• Ability to operate as a self-starter, work independently and/or collaboratively.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks/projects, prioritization and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. Must have the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into a cohesive framework.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management. Desire to provide excellent customer service. Start Time: 8:30 AM


You must be available to work onsite 40 hours a week.
