Sales Operations Analyst I

Our client, the world’s largest dedicated security technology company, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity!

The Sales Ops Analyst will possess the following required skills and/or experience:
- Manages incoming email requests from our global sales teams.
- Will be responsible for researching the requests/issues and finding a resolution.
- The person will then be responsible for working with the requestor to resolve the request/issue and providing guidance to the requestor on steps or actions needed by the requestor.
- Responsible for assisting with UAT (product testing) for CRM enhancements, CRM Reports and roll out of new CRM Functionality.

Requirements:
- BA experience required.
- Intermediate to Proficient Excel skills required.
- Experience working with sales departments desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment required.

ADDITIONAL INFO
• This is a 6 month, full-time, W-2 contract position located in Plano, TX
• This position is not eligible for telecommute or offsite work
• This position is eligible for full benefits including a low premium, zero-deductible health care plan, 401(k) plan, 
dental and vision.
