Sales Operations & Training Associate

Aquent's Fortune500 client in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a Sales Operations and Training Associate to fulfill a 2-month contract (40/hrs, 5 days, onsite) with potential to extend beyond.

Overview:
This position will partner with others to ensure the successful launch and tracking of sales operations processes and projects including welcome season (on boarding new clients) and new hire training. Must be able to deliver desired results within the agreed upon time frame and budget.

This position manages small to moderate projects collaborating with project managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts across multiple functional areas to:
- Review and update existing training and communication material with alignment to current brand standards
- Advance our Online Learning Portfolio through new web-based training (WBT) development using Storyline and Brainshark Accelerator authoring tools
- Design, edit and publish internal newsletter communications using Microsoft Publisher.
- Maintain education and communication data for metric reporting
- Use a consultative approach to ensure our internal and external client’s needs are being met; may facilitate or support colleagues in training or working sessions to support internal / external clients.
- Works independently, taking direction, consulting with other internal departments to develop and execute on action plans and/or procedures

Skills:
- Proven ability to manage projects and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation. Coursework / training in project management, process improvement desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Storyline and PowerPoint. Salesforce.com, Brainshark Learning and graphic design experience preferred.
- Oversee day-to-day aspects of assigned sales communication, education and process projects to ensure each project is on-time, within budget and delivered with high level of quality. Able to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of leadership and customer service focus.
- Clear, concise communicator with demonstrated results driving audience engagement and action. Focus on execution. Demonstrated consulting and teamwork skills.
- High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft LiveMeeting, and Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Publisher.
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Chatter (or other CRM experience coupled with strong demonstrated personal social media use)
- Conduct Project Kick-off, identify all project stakeholders, define and clarify project roles and responsibilities for assigned communication, process and education projects. Work with stakeholders to define and acquire necessary resources for scheduling and delivery.
- Oversee the development of operational timelines and milestone estimates from project team members, effectively prioritizing the tasks.
- On education projects, support development of online training and work instruction documentation.
- Communicate and resolve project issues on assigned projects, using appropriate change control, escalation, risk control, and other processes. Support organization process improvement teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status of assigned moderate to complex projects in both formal and informal settings, using clear, understandable language and candid, open communications.
- Provide project management leadership for diverse groups with different agendas and objectives to successfully achieve stated project objectives, overcoming resistance to change and gaining willing participation from the project team. Able to travel to support project needs.
- On education projects, support development of online training and work instruction documentation.
