Sales Marketing Manager

Our client, a major e-commerce site, is seeking a contract Sales Marketing Manager with experience with a contact center environment, preferably both inbound/outbound calls and live chat. This person will be responsible for analysis of consumer behavior based on a variety of test methods (including A/B testing) and reporting and making recommendations to senior level management.
Responsibilities include:

- Design and implement testing for overall optimization of the contact centers sales and marketing business, maximizing the value of every customer interaction
- Provide analysis for A/B split test design and results, and provide analytical support for new sales & marketing campaign launches and existing sales performance
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting of core performance metrics to Senior Executive level staff, as well as performance reporting for contact center vendor partners
- Conduct on-going and proactive analysis of ways to improve business goals, sales conversion, net revenue and processes
- Work closely with engineering and sales teams to develop new product features and assess their impact on the business
- Manage change requests, meetings, and ongoing vendor/client requests for reporting, campaign setup, and marketing optimization
- Collaborate with team on on-going training, new products/ verticals and program maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- 2-3 years Analysis experience with superior analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Database, machine learning or statistical modeling experience a plus
- Experience in a contact center sales environment, both on shore and of
- Ability to successfully manage revenue-based sales programs via phone (inbound & outbound) and chat channels understanding contact center environment and associated challenges.
- Ability to translate a new initiatives into a successful revenue generating feature.
- Use of qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate strategic options and opportunities which lead to the development of initiatives that will enhance the effectiveness of the sales programs.
- The ability to influence business direction, effectively communicating the rationale for change; with proven success in leading a team to embrace change.
